In the Craftsman Training Scheme, stress is given on practical instruction classes. According to the DGE&T norms the following instructional hours are strictly adhered to

Monthly progress card is maintained by all the trade Instructors to maintain the quality of trainees. Similarly, regular tests are conducted to evaluate the trainees & to get the feedback on effectiveness of training. Inspections are made to sort out the problems of a trade. Training is provided in two shifts as mentioned below..
